No. It is monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What is the difference between a single report and Plus?

Does a Passport Report guarantee citizenship?

No. It shows which routes your tree supports, what could break them and which documents to order. Governments and courts decide.
